Shipping & Delivery

Once your order is completed, we will ship it within the designated ship window. Please refer to the expected shipping timelines below:
Shipping Rates: Shipping costs will be calculated based on your location and the total weight of your order. Final shipping charges will be provided at checkout.
Delivery Times: After your order ships, please allow an additional 5-7 business days for delivery within the continental U.S. International shipments may take longer, depending on the destination.

Minimum Order Requirement

Our wholesale orders have a minimum purchase amount of $250.

Pre-Order Process

All of our handbags are made to order, and we accept pre-orders only.
Once you place a wholesale order, it will be confirmed, and production will begin once the order is finalized.

Order Cancellation

You have a 5-day window from the date of your order to cancel your purchase without penalty.
After this 5-day period, production will commence, and the order cannot be canceled or modified.

Payment Information

Credit cards will not be charged until your order is ready to be shipped.
At the time of ordering, your credit card will only be authorized for the purchase amount but will not be processed until your handbags are completed and ready for shipment.
The final price will be provided once your order is ready to ship, with shipping costs included (if applicable).

Product Quality & Customization

Since all handbags are made to order, each item will be crafted with care and attention to detail. Please note that slight variations in color or texture may occur, as we use high-quality materials.
